There a lot of foods that is so delicious but so dangerous in our health,here I listed top 3 foods that all we like but can be a a big threat in our health.

  • GRILLED FOODS - All we know today that eating to much grilled foods can be dangerous in our health as grilled foods like barbecue can be cause cancers in colon.
  •  SOFT DRINKS - Soft drinks are really bad in our health as it contain so many elements and compounds that can damage our body.Drinking to much soft drinks can be harmful and can cause various illness and disease.
  • FOOD CHAIN FOODS- Food chains foods are really common and favorite of all,because of it is affordable and delicious you can select different kinds of foods but eating food chain foods can be harmful like the fries and burgers which in recent studies can cause obesity,some cancers and other disease that can be to much dangerous in our body and health.
